RETURNS INFORMATION

USA CUSTOMERS: NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

We cover the return shipping.

Simply send us an email to [email protected]. Note the subject line “Return” followed by your order number. Please be sure you include the following in your email before sending:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your email, we will email you back a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to a bag or box for the return shipment. Ship returns to the following address:

Standard Items:

[Name] will gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return by mail. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels attached. Items must be in new condition ONLY and be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, and fragrance-free.

Important Notes:

  • International customers will be responsible for their return shipping costs.
  • If return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you, and no refund/store credit will be given.
  • To receive a full refund, the return must be postmarked within 45 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items returned past the 45-day return policy are eligible for merchandise credit only.

After we receive your return, it can take up to 30 business days to process. Returns are refunded using the original payment method. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We Do Not Offer Exchanges Within Our Company.

BOGO Promotions:

During a Buy One Get One (BOGO) Free promotion, customers will buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive another promotional item of equal or lesser value for $0.00 (free item).

  • If you want a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned together to receive a refund of the full purchase value.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

To start an international return, simply follow the return instructions located on the back of your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, it’s not a problem. Simply bag your return, write the website order ID on the package, and send it back to:
